Frequently Asked Questions

The folders selected under the backup plan contain around 4000 files, but the "Files copied" field under the backup progress bar indicates that there are only 1000 files (says, e.g. 166 of 1000).
Data Software Solutions Backup will copy the files in the chunks of 1000. Once the first 1000 is ready we will start the second one. Don't worry about that.
